These terms apply when you use Mixpert’s recipe library, AI drink assistant, account features, or Pro membership. Last updated September 8, 2026.

Agreement and eligibility

Mixpert is the digital drink-recipe service available at mixpert.online. By accessing or using it, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be able to enter a binding agreement where you live. Alcoholic content is only for people of legal drinking age in their location.

Informational use

Mixpert provides drink recipes and suggestions for general informational and personal use. Results may contain mistakes, and you are responsible for checking ingredient amounts, preparation steps, equipment safety, and whether a recipe is appropriate for you before making or serving it.

AI-generated suggestions

Mixpert AI creates suggestions from the information you provide. Generated recipes are not individually tested before they appear. Review the complete result, use safe food-handling practices, and never consume an ingredient you cannot identify or verify.

Nutrition and dietary information

Calories, sugar, protein, carbohydrates, fat, and other nutrition values are estimates. Actual values vary by brand, measurement, preparation method, substitutions, and serving size. Mixpert does not provide medical or dietary advice. Anyone managing diabetes, allergies, pregnancy, medication interactions, or another health condition should consult a qualified professional.

Allergens and food safety

You are responsible for checking product labels, cross-contamination risks, freshness, storage, and allergens. Suggested substitutions are conveniences, not guarantees that a recipe is allergen-free or suitable for a particular diet.

Alcohol

Alcoholic recipes are intended only for adults of legal drinking age where they live. Follow local laws, measure servings carefully, never drink and drive, and do not serve alcohol where it is unsafe or inappropriate. Mixpert does not sell alcohol or encourage excessive consumption.

Advertising and external services

Mixpert may display clearly identified third-party advertising or link to external services. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. An advertisement or external link does not represent a Mixpert endorsement. Advertising and analytics providers may process information as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access credentials secure. Do not attempt to bypass credit limits, scrape or automate the service, reverse engineer protected systems, interfere with security or availability, submit unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another person, share or resell Pro access, or use Mixpert in a way that infringes another person’s rights.

Ownership and your input

Mixpert’s branding, site design, software, curated recipe content, and other original materials are owned by Mixpert or its licensors and may not be copied, republished, or commercially exploited without permission. You retain rights in content you submit and give Mixpert the limited permission needed to process it, operate the requested feature, protect the service, and provide your result.

Mixpert Pro subscriptions

Mixpert Pro is an automatically renewing digital subscription offered at the price and billing frequency shown before purchase and at checkout. Monthly and annual plans do not include a free trial. Paddle acts as merchant of record—and as the seller for the paid transaction—and securely handles payment, tax calculation, invoices, and billing details. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. The checkout terms presented by Paddle also apply to your purchase.

Renewal, cancellation, and fair use

Your subscription renews automatically at the displayed billing interval until canceled. You may cancel through the customer billing portal before your next renewal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period, and access continues until then. A standard text recipe in Balanced mode costs 2 credits. A premium generation costs 3 credits when it uses Lower Sugar, No Added Sugar, Lower Calorie, voice, camera or image input, or Surprise Me; using several premium tools in one generation does not stack additional charges. Free users receive 3 credits per UTC day; free credits reset daily and do not accumulate. Pro includes up to 50 credits per UTC day and 1,000 per UTC calendar month. Yearly subscribers also have a 10,000-credit allowance per subscription year, resetting at annual renewal. Every applicable limit must have enough credits for the selected request before it can begin. Failed requests restore the exact reserved amount. Unused credits do not roll over. Credit allowances are per account across devices and are intended for personal use; automated abuse, resale, and account sharing are not permitted.

Extra credit packs

Active Pro members may buy extra credits as a separate one-time purchase. Purchased credits are used only after the included Pro allowance is unavailable, with the soonest-expiring credits used first. Each pack expires 12 months after its purchase date. Credit packs do not replace, postpone, or change subscription renewal. If Pro access ends, unexpired purchased credits remain attached to the account but cannot be used unless Pro is reactivated before they expire. Purchased credits cannot be transferred, shared, or redeemed for cash.

Refunds

Refund eligibility, request timing, and instructions are explained in the Refund Policy. Cancellation does not automatically refund a completed charge. Nothing in these terms or the Refund Policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Availability, suspension, and termination

Features and content may change, be corrected, or become unavailable. Mixpert may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, prevent abuse, comply with law, or maintain service reliability. We may terminate access for a material or repeated breach of these terms. If Mixpert permanently ends a paid service during an active period for reasons unrelated to your breach, we will provide an appropriate remedy as required by applicable law.

Service disclaimer and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mixpert is provided without guarantees that every recipe, estimate, generated result, or feature will be complete, accurate, uninterrupted, or suitable for every user. Mixpert is not responsible for losses caused by ignoring ingredient labels, allergen warnings, food-safety practices, local alcohol laws, or professional medical advice. Nothing here excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
