Pomegranate Orange Juice
Pomegranate juice brings a dry, tart edge to sweeter orange juice. This is a measured juice blend rather than a whole-fruit smoothie, so its fiber estimate follows the juice references.
Non-alcoholicMake it like a pro.

- 03
Pour the full mixture into one glass. The reference preparation contains no added water, ice or garnish.

Easy swaps
- Use pasteurized 100% orange juice instead of fresh juice when convenient; check its label rather than assuming identical values.
- For a lighter drink, add 60 mL cold water to the same juice amounts. The whole batch has the same nutrients but a larger volume.
Mixpert tips
- Choose a pomegranate product labeled 100% juice, not a sweetened cocktail.
- Measure the orange juice after squeezing; fruit count is not a dependable liquid yield.
Pomegranate Orange Juice FAQs
Can I use a pomegranate juice cocktail?
A sweetened juice cocktail can taste much sweeter and have a different added-sugar profile. The reference uses 100% pomegranate juice with no added sweetener; use the cocktail label for a separate calculation.
Does pomegranate orange juice contain whole-fruit fiber?
It uses juice, not the orange peel, pomegranate seeds or whole fruit flesh. The estimate therefore follows the selected juice records rather than assigning it the fiber of whole fruit.
Can I blend pomegranate arils instead?
Blended arils introduce seeds, solids and a different yield. They are not an equal replacement for the measured bottled juice in this formulation.
